extra support through a challenging situation, need support with regard to
someone or something you are struggling with, or if you are just ready to

achieve your goals.
Our goal is to help you uncover your true potential and provide support

those events. We can work together to better understand and resolve

life throws at you!
Because each person has individual issues and goals, a course of therapy
will be tailored to meet the specific needs of each individual.

insurance limitations for new clients currently. Please call for more

We hope you and your family are in good health. Our community has been through a lot over the last few years. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: Our commitment to the health and safety of our clients and staff. We have developed a mitigation strategy to reduce the chance for transmission of COVID-19 in our office. This strategy in it's entirety is available upon request.
While there’s no way to completely eliminate the risk of COVID-19 transmission, it is our goal to create as safe an environment as we can for our clients and our staff. It is completely up to the client and therapist whether to continue telehealth or come to the office.
COVID-19 is a rapidly evolving situation, and we may need to adjust our mitigation efforts as this situation evolves and changes. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we all work through this unprecedented time together : )
